PNC Arena

Located just 4.6 miles away, the PNC Arena has held over 1,500 events for audiences of all ages. NCAA Basketball Tournaments, NHL Stanley Cup Finals, Disney on Ice, Paul McCartney, Pavarotti, Patti LaBelle, Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus, USHRA Monster Jam, NHL Entry Draft, Jeopardy College Championship, just to name a few.

NC State Fair

The North Carolina State Fair is a first-class, family-oriented entertainment and educational event occurring each October in Raleigh. The Fair is the largest event in the state of N.C. and we are the largest 11-day agriculture event in the nation, surpassing 1 million visitors to the 2010 State Fair.

Glenwood South Entertainment District

As Raleigh’s trendiest district, with an eclectic mix of restaurants, shopping and spirited nightlife, this area attracts hipsters of all ages. The eight-block area houses a bevy of galleries, trendy boutiques, home furnishings stores, family-friendly restaurants and spirited nightclubs.

Durham Performing Arts Center

The Durham Performing Arts Center opened November 30, 2008 as the largest performing arts center in the Carolinas. The DPAC hosts over 200 performances a year including touring Broadway productions, high-profile concert and comedy events, family shows and the American Dance Festival. Operated under the direction of Nederlander and Professional Facilities Management (PFM), DPAC has twice been listed as the #1 performing arts organization in the Triangle region by the Triangle Business Journal.

Durham Bulls

The Durham Bulls are a minor league baseball team that currently plays in the International League. The Bulls play their home games at Durham Bulls Athletic Park located in the downtown area of Durham, North Carolina. Durham Bulls Athletic Park is often called the “DBAP” or “D-Bap”. The Bulls are the Triple-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays.

Blue Ridge Parkway
